A member of the Buffalo Medical Group, PC, since 2002, Dr. David E. Carlson Jr., is director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda, where he also serves as site Chief for the Department of Medicine.
He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease.
Dr. Carlson earned his medical degree at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his Internal Medicine specialty training at UB-affiliated hospitals, and his training in angioplasty and Interventional Cardiology at Buffalo General Hospital. He also was awarded a fellowship in cardiology and received his training at hospitals affiliated with UB.
He is a member of the Niagara County Medical Society and the New York State Medical Society.
