Erin Ruston, LMHC
Why did you decide to go into the mental health field?
I love learning about people and their behaviors. I love helping people work through some of the most difficult times of their lives and come out on top.
When I'm not working, you can find me:
Spending time with my family or friends
To me, treating people well means:
Treating others the way I want to be treated
One thing people are surprised to learn about me:
I have completed the Tough Mudder two times
Hiking and hanging out on the beach
If I wasn't a mental health professional, I would be:
A fitness trainer
One thing I can't live without:
A sense of humor!
