The nephrology team at Buffalo Medical Group specializes in evaluating and treating adult patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.

Our board-certified physicians provide consultations for all aspects of renal disease and offer diagnostic testing and renal biopsies to evaluate kidney function. Collaborating with renal transplant surgeons, our nephrologists provide consultations prior to kidney transplantation, as well as post-transplant follow-up care. We also coordinate a full spectrum of inpatient, outpatient and home dialysis services.

All Buffalo Medical Group kidney disease specialists are affiliated with numerous area hospitals, including Buffalo General Medical Center, where non-invasive, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is performed on patients with kidney stones.
