Enhanced Cancer Care, Hematology & Infusion Services for Western New York

A New Partnership Focused on Your Care

Buffalo Medical Group (BMG) and Catholic Health have partnered to strengthen cancer care, hematology, and infusion services across Western New York.

Through this collaboration, you will continue to receive care from your trusted BMG providers while benefiting from an expanded care team, enhanced resources, and greater access to coordinated care close to home.

As part of this partnership, your BMG providers are now part of Catholic Health’s Cancer Care, Hematology & Infusion Services program. Also, Catholic Health will now provide infusion services for BMG patients at our Williamsville and Orchard Park locations, ensuring you continue to receive convenient, high-quality care in the same convenient locations you know and trust.

Temporary Location Changes Beginning August 17, 2026

To support facility improvements, renovations will be done at our 295 Essjay Road in Williamsville and 3900 North Buffalo Road in Orchard Park locations. During this construction, office visits and infusion services scheduled from August 17 until the end of the year will be temporarily relocated as follows.

Infusion Treatments scheduled from August 17, 2026, through the end of the year, will temporarily take place at:

A department of Sisters of Charity Hospital
6350 Transit Road
Depew, NY

Patients with Office Visits scheduled from August 17, 2026, through the end of the year, will be seen at the following locations:

If you currently receive care at 295 Essjay Road in Williamsville or 3900 N. Buffalo Road in Orchard Park, your office visits will take place at:

If you currently receive care at 6950 South Transit Road in Lockport, your office visits will take place at:

Lockport Memorial Hospital

After Renovations Are Complete:

Patients who typically receive care in Williamsville or Orchard Park will return to these locations for both office visits and infusion treatments.

Patients receiving office visit care in Lockport and Niagara County will continue to be seen at Lockport Memorial Hospital. Patients receiving infusion treatments will move to the 295 Essjay Road location in Williamsville.

What This Means for You

Your care remains our highest priority, and we are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible.

Your scheduled treatment dates and times will remain the same when possible.

Only the location of your transfusion appointment will change temporarily.

Your physicians, care team, and treatment plan will remain unchanged.

Transfusion and infusion services will be billed by Catholic Health (a department of Sisters of Charity Hospital). If you have insurance coverage or billing questions, please call Catholic Health at (716) 601-3600.
