We are excited to announce we will be launching MyBMGChart pre-check-in and lobby kiosks to help streamline appointment check-in.
The launch will take place over several months, so we appreciate your patience as we launch this functionality by individual office. Please review the schedule below to see if your appointment type is eligible for MyBMGChart pre-check-in and kiosk check-in.
The following specialties are LIVE on E-Check-In:
325 Essjay, Williamsville:

- Lab/Blood Draw
3900 North Buffalo Road, Orchard Park:
- Allergy
- Lab/Blood Draw
We will keep you updated on when other specialty appointments will be available to check in for using the kiosks. Thank you for your patience.
What are MyBMGChart pre-check in & Lobby Kiosks?
Utilizing MyBMGChart patients will be able to complete “pre-check-in” 24-hours prior to their appointment. Simply follow the steps to receive a confirmation barcode. Once you come to our office, scan the barcode at one of our lobby kiosks, confirm your appointment type, and follow the directions to the waiting room.
Forgot to complete pre-check-in? No problem! You can complete the entire check-in process on the lobby kiosks. You’ll have a few more questions to answer, but the process is simple, and will be done in minutes.
