At Buffalo Medical Group, we believe care should be convenient and on your schedule. That’s why we’re empowering you to manage your healthcare with access to a full suite of services through MyBMGChart.MyBMGChart is available through your computer or smartphone when you download the app.

Wellness at your convenience:

E-Visits:

Whether you’re out of town, away at school, or simply looking to avoid a trip to the office, E-Visits are available to our Primary Care Patients through MyBMGChart for certain conditions. Watch this video to learn more.

Refill your Prescriptions:

Prescriptions refills are not processed exclusively through MyBMGChart. This allows our patients to request refills from anywhere, any time, any day of the week. Requesting refills is simple, watch this tutorial to learn how!

Schedule and Manage Appointments:

You no longer need to call our office, or wait until the office is open to schedule an appointment. Through MyBMGChart, you can schedule appointments with your providers for Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs), annual physicals, problem visits, and more. You can see availability for a wide range of days and times, to help you choose an appointment that fits best with your schedule. Watch this video to learn more.

Communicate with your Doctors:

MyBMGChart allows you to communicate with your provider about simple medical questions or concerns without having to call the office or schedule an appointment.

View Test Results:

You can easily view test results through MyBMGChart. You no longer have to come into the office to receive your results, and can also get a historical view on tests completed at BMG. Have questions about your results? Simply message your provider and they will get back to you within 24-48 business hours!

Access your Medical History & Request Records:

Easily access your medical records and health history at any time through MyBMGChart. You can also request a release of information electronically for a more seamless transfer of records, that also allows us to save on resources like paper and disks.

Using “Share My Records” in MyBMGChart, you can also grant one-time, limited access to your chart if you find yourself under the care of a provider outside the group. This will allow providers to see medications, health issues, allergies and immunizations to provide you with the best possible care.
